- Carnivore version ingredients: 1 lb ground beef
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 8 oz shredded cheddar cheese
- 2 oz goat or cream cheese
- salt to taste
Directions: brown ground beef and add all other ingredients. Combine on low heat until fully melted
- Keto version Ingredients: Same as above but add 1 small diced tomato
- 1 small diced jalapeño
- 1/2 teaspoon, cumin, garlic and onion powder, paprika, chili powder
- 1/4 teaspoon cayenne
- 2 Tablespoons (more or less) of hot sauce
Directions: Same as above but sauté peppers and tomato in butter until soft in a separate pan.
This is great as a dip for pork rinds!
*Note, the leftovers didn’t heat up very well and separated but I might have overheated it… so may be best to enjoy this recipe when it’s fresh.
