• Carnivore version ingredients: 1 lb ground beef
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 8 oz shredded cheddar cheese
  • 2 oz goat or cream cheese
  • salt to taste

Directions: brown ground beef and add all other ingredients. Combine on low heat until fully melted

  • Keto version Ingredients: Same as above but add 1 small diced tomato
  • 1 small diced jalapeño
  • 1/2 teaspoon, cumin, garlic and onion powder, paprika, chili powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon cayenne
  • 2 Tablespoons (more or less) of hot sauce

Directions: Same as above but sauté peppers and tomato in butter until soft in a separate pan.

This is great as a dip for pork rinds!

*Note, the leftovers didn’t heat up very well and separated but I might have overheated it… so may be best to enjoy this recipe when it’s fresh.
