- 1lb ground beef
- 1/2lb ground or italian sausage
- 2 cups ricotta
- 1.25 cups no sugar crushed tomatoes (Drained!)
- 2 eggs
- 2 cups mozzarella
- Pepperoni
Directions:
- Preheat oven 350°
- Cook meats, drain, place in casserole dish
- Combine 2 eggs w/ ricotta and smooth it atop meat
- Add 1.25 cups crushed tomatoes (more or less)
- Top w/ 2 cups mozzarella Sprinkle Italian seasonings, garlic & onion powder
- Add pepperoni
- Bake for 30 minutes
- Cool for 15

Nice… Could not get italian sausage so I just skipped it. I mixed my spices straight in the meat and was perfect! TY!

I make it without sausage at times. It works great but just ground beef needs some garlic and onion powder, ideally, to make it more interesting. Glad you liked it Leif!

Hi. I used a standard 13×8 Pyrex casserole dish. Any shape or size will work. You just may have to adjust how long you cook according to how deep or shallow your mix is.
